9 day tour features Namibia’s deserts and canyons, see the largest sand mass on Earth, the Kalahari Desert, gaze into the magnificent geological phenomenon, the Fish River Canyon, travel along vast open plains to the Namib Desert, take the opportunity to walk up one of these majestic dunes to admire the desert landscape beneath.

The Intu Afrika Lodges form the gateway to the treasures of the south making this the ideal stop over for travellers going to or coming from Namibia’s southern regions. The Intu Kalahari Game Reserve has been in existence for 16 years and has achieved great successes in their conservation efforts over the years.

Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve consist out of 10.000ha of Nature & Wildlife Reserve. To discover this stunning part of the Namibian Kalahari we have the choice of three different lodges. Canyon Village is located 20 km east of the Fish River Canyon on the C 37.
Suitable for a striking film set, Canyon Village lies at the foot of a sweeping rock face. Exhibiting authentic canyon character, the sprawling lodge explores the story of the south in murals, traditional Nama dress and even a donkey cart to convey baggage to rooms.

The Lüderitz Nest Hotel enjoys a superb on the rocks and sea location, with far reaching uninterrupted views. The hotel’s private tidal beach with walk-on jetty, unique in Namibia, allows the guest to get close-up to the sea. All rooms and suites have direct sea views.
